Electrix - Exhibiting at Interpak 2017

Electrix Exhibiting at Interpack Components 2017

We are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting our award-winning product range at Interpack Components 2017, Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre, Düsseldorf, Germany. The show runs from the 4th to the 10th May 2017.

As the market leader for over 30 years, we are proud to be referred to as the World’s leading manufacturer & stockist of Stainless Steel Cable Management Systems including Trunking, Conduit, Basket Tray, Cable Tray and Electrical Enclosures.

On-site product demonstrations will include a unique water display to showcase the innovative features of the Electrix IP66 Interlocked Switch and Socket Enclosure range. The enclosure incorporates our unique Electrix Sealed Compartment Wall Fixing Points which are renowned for reducing installation times as they eliminate the need for difficult-to-clean external brackets. The sloping roof design of the enclosure helps to deflect water and the extra deep fascia protects the switch and socket. The water unit will demonstrate how the robust features work in unison to preserve the IP66 rating.

Also on display, for the first time in Europe, will be our NEW Flush Mounted Pharma Enclosures. To be used where all cabling is conveyed within the cavity of the wall, the main body of the enclosure is recessed meaning only the lid section and optional components are visible to the operator.

If you would like to arrange for a personalised product demonstration, please make an appointment.

We look forward to meeting you on stand F06, Hall 18.

Over the past 30 years, ground-breaking patents have elevated Electrix to the top of our field, but if our comprehensive range of standard products doesn’t fully meet a customer’s needs, we also offer a Bespoke Design service. Recent investments have welcomed an impressive fibre optic laser machine to the production line. With the ability to cut holes to tolerances of 0.05 mm, the laser brings quality and precision to the forefront of our design process.

Martin Ellis, head of our award-winning design team, is delighted with the results we have seen from our latest investment. “Our bespoke design service has excelled. Our customers know they can rely on us to meet the vigorous demands of the industry. With stringent tolerances regularly specified, we’re fully equipped to meet their exacting requirements. Lead times are also much more efficient. This technology enables us to cut up to 5 times faster.”

We are delighted with the developments Electrix have seen over the past 12 months and are looking forward to attending Gulfood Manufacturing to give current and future business partners the opportunity to speak to our Electrix team and see first-hand why Electrix is the processing industry’s preferred supplier of Stainless Steel Cable Management Systems.

Electrix Photoshoot

Electrix Photoshoot

Electrix is delighted with the results of its recent product photoshoot by Mushroom Imaging.

Renowned for impeccable image quality and professional service, Mushroom Imaging is no stranger to the Electrix team. Having worked with Russell Graham, company owner, on numerous commercial photography projects we had no worries he would be able to deliver high quality images to meet our exacting Electrix standards.

The agenda included a 2 day creative photoshoot to produce product images that accentuate the quality and aesthetics of our products. The images are to be used in the New Electrix Specifiers Manual and across our multitude of marketing channels, including both digital and print materials.

With creative input liaised between Russell and the Electrix marketing team, the shoot was a huge success and an enjoyable experience for all involved.

Richard Thompson, marketing manager, stated “in a competitive market it is important for us to demonstrate the unrivalled quality of our products. The team has done a fantastic job and we’re all delighted with the end result.”

Stainless Steel in the Food Processing Industry

Hygiene and Safety; the core principles of any food production site.

From protection against contamination to adhering to vigorous maintenance procedures, Electrix understands the pressures that the Food Processing industry faces when designing, maintaining and operating food manufacturing facilities.

The Food Standards Agency states that:

“The location, design, layout and construction of food premises and the choice of fixtures, fittings and equipment are crucial to ensure that food businesses can operate under hygienic conditions and produce food safely.”

Electrix manufactures Stainless Steel Cable Management Systems which help you to meet these requirements.

Our Stainless Steel Wire Basket Cable Tray is regularly specified by the world’s leading food manufacturers due to its light weight and maintainability, making it ideal for wash-down areas.

Stainless Steel fittings such as our Munson Ring Kits and Stand-off Brackets eliminate difficult to clean areas, avoiding the build-up of contamination.

Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosures are also a popular choice due to the need to meet Ingress Protection Ratings (the degree to which an Electrical Enclosure protects against the intrusion of foreign bodies and moisture); extremely important within the food manufacturing industry.

Case Study

Bakkavor Group’s 2016 corporate video demonstrates how the fast-paced, dynamic food production lines operate with an array of Stainless Steel processing facilities. From state of the art machinery to food processing conveyors, strict hygiene requirements have enforced food manufacturers to operate to the very highest standards.

Here at Electrix, we are delighted that our Stainless Steel Cable Management Systems are the preferred choice for many of the world’s most prestigious food manufacturers.
